1. Who is responsible
Glazing Innovations (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2024/552896/07, is responsible for information collected through this website and its business enquiry channels.
2. What we collect
Depending on your enquiry, this may include your name, contact details, company, role, project location, drawings, measurements, photographs, service issue and other information you choose to provide.
3. Why we use it
GI uses enquiry information to assess the request, contact you, prepare quotations, plan site activity, keep project records and meet legitimate operational or legal obligations. A website enquiry does not create an appointment or contract.
4. Secure enquiry delivery
Website forms create a protected first-party enquiry record and are delivered by email to Sales@glazinginnov.co.za using a transactional email service. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the site may prepare the enquiry for the visitor to send through WhatsApp instead; it clearly states when this extra step is required. WhatsApp and Respond.io may also be offered for photographs, drawings or conversation. Information processed by these providers is subject to their terms and privacy practices. Only send information necessary for the enquiry.
5. Privacy-first usage measurement
GI uses PostHog for privacy-minimised operational measurement and, only after a visitor chooses “Allow measurement”, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which journeys produce enquiries. Campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign and Google click ID may be attached to the protected enquiry record so GI can measure which marketing produced it. GI does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project locations, enquiry descriptions or form-field contents to analytics or advertising services. PostHog automatic form capture, session recording and persistent cross-visit browser profiles are disabled. Visitors can choose “Essential only” without losing access to the website or enquiry forms.
6. Sharing and retention
GI may share necessary information with team members, professional advisers, service providers or project suppliers where this is required to assess or deliver the work. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, record-keeping or legal requirements.

You may ask GI to correct or update your information, or enquire about its use, subject to applicable legal and operational record requirements.
